DiffeRent Design brings together under one banner the passion, talents and experience of a group of designers and artisans who have been re-designing and adding value to London’s homes and rentals for almost a decade.
Design is in our DNA, driving our mission to design truly one-of-a-kind interiors for London’s short and long term rental market. From our first interior design project in 2016 for a property in Portobello, we have taken inspiration from each property’s own character and features, from the location and the feel of the surrounding area. We appreciate each property as its own unique canvas to be played with and brought to life, a puzzle to be configured, the pieces hunted fervently, a process of discovery and composition.
With each property a resounding commercial and artistic success, demand for our services increased, as did our desire to make an even bigger impact helping people to transform their spaces into beautiful homes.

How quickly will I receive my furniture?
We work fast and tirelessly to fulfil your orders as fast as possible. For:
Indulge packages
Between 1 - 9 weeks, the exact lead time will depend on stock availability and will be known at the time of ordering. Due to current demand, the lead time is 6-8 weeks.
Tailored packages
Between 6 - 9 weeks from the approval of designs and receipt of payment, allowing time for each piece to be made to order and shipped.
Bespoke/Vintage
Between 1 - 9 weeks from the approval of designs and receipt of payment. As each piece is unique, exact time frames will depend on each individual project.
Delivery process
You will be able to choose from our available delivery dates for your convenience and our scheduling team will reach out 3 days prior to this to confirm a delivery window on the day so you can plan accordingly.
What’s included in delivery?
We provide a full installation service in which our team will unload, assemble and place the furniture in your desired locations. You will be asked to verify the condition of your items upon delivery with a signature or text. We will clear all packaging before we leave.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver anywhere within the M25. We will consider requests for delivery elsewhere and when possible, this will be arranged for an additional fee.
Will DiffeRent Design get rid of my old furniture?
We do not collect old furniture as standard although we can provide a collection service for an additional fee if agreed and scheduled ahead of delivery. Alternatively we can recommend some worthwhile organisations that you can donate your items to.
Does DiffeRent Design work with businesses and offices?
Yes, we have worked with businesses designing offices and co-working spaces and have a specific offering catering for these requirements. Please get in touch to discuss your specific business’s needs.
Does DiffeRent Design work with real estate agents and stagers, property developers and Airbnb management companies?
Yes, we have a long history working with such stakeholders in various capacities. We started out designing interiors for short term rental properties before diversifying into the longer term rental market. Our packages and services have been designed with both long and short term rental in mind.
